Kevin Oler is the Owner of Barrier Island Photography  in Melbourne Beach, Florida. BIP is multi-faceted service provider specializing in Architectural Photography, Design, Graphics, Marketing and web creation. Kevin's portfolio includes numerous projects and achievements including the successful marketing of over 13K homes generating more than $2 Billion in Brevard County residential sales, branding elements to include logo and icon design as well as menu development and websites for a variety of restaurants throughout Florida and Tennessee, and promotional materials for B&B’s and Condo rentals in Florida, South Carolina and the Cayman Islands. Prior to this, Kevin was the Owner of Real Estate Marketing Group, where he initially consolidated skill sets including real estate sales and contract design utilizing CADD and virtual walk-throughs. Previously, Kevin was a Architectural Designer and photographer for one of Florida's most prestigious Architectural / Engineering firms, where he was an elite member of a specialized team responsible for assignments in Aerospace and Entertainment. His client list included NASA, as well as defense contractors Lockheed Martin, Boeing, McDonald Douglas and Beal Aerospace. On the Entertainment side, Kevin was personally involved in several high-profile projects for Universal Studios in Orlando, with his most visible assignments including the ideation and creation of fundamental design elements for the Dueling Dragons and Poseidon’s Fury attractions.
